„For the average EU 28 country, the NEET rate has increased from 10.9 % in 2007 to 13 % in 2013. NEET rates increased strongly not only in southern Europe, but also in the UK and Ireland. In contrast, Austria’s rate of 7.1 % is not only among the lowest in Europe, but has also remained stable since the Great Recession.“
