Niederlande: „At the end of secondary school, a subject assessment consists of both a centrally prepared examination and a school-developed examination. The fact that schools have some flexibility in deciding the content of their examinations is a mark of educators’ professional autonomy, and can lead to improvements in the coverage of the syllabus.“
